One of my first blog posts ever (back when I blogged like 2 times a year) was called “Not Your Grandma’s Wallpaper”.  I talked about how much I used to hate wallpaper. . . you know, the fruit clusters, roosters, etc.  Now, there are so many beautiful options out there.  Several rooms in my home have wallpaper and I plan to do even more in the next home.  I have rounded up some beautiful examples of wallpaper inspiration that I hope will give you ideas how you can use it in your own decor.

BUFFALO CHECK WALLPAPER

I am in love with buffalo check.  It is such a fun way to add pattern, but is still pretty neutral.  It is also timeless and classic.  This beautiful wallpaper is peel and stick and super affordable!  SHOP WALLPAPER HERE

 I love the way Erin from My Texas House used buffalo check wallpaper as a backsplash accent to her kids desk area.  Adds just the right amount of pop!

FUN FLORALS

First of all this room is amazing.  I don’t have a dog, but I can imagine having a specific dog washing shower in a mudroom or laundry room would be the coolest.  They I love how they used this fun dog print paper.  Really adds charm to this room!  SHOP WALLPAPER HERE

BLACK & WHITE WALLPAPER

This black and white scalloped inspired wallpaper is a neat way to spruce up a laundry room!  I hate doing laundry, but enjoy it much more in a fun room.

Charcoal and white is such a pretty color combo to me and this wallpaper pattern helps add interest.

This fun geometric wallpaper spruces up this mudroom.

Black and white floral wallpaper by Ralph Lauren gives this room the most beautiful look.

BLUE & WHITE WALLPAPER

My mudroom is one of the most used rooms in our home and I love how pretty this one is.  Functional and beautiful.  The chandelier and the wallpaper really dress up the space.

NATURAL ELEMENT WALLPAPER

This peel and stick wallpaper looks like wood shiplap.  Just peel off the back to apply and simple to remove!  Much easier and much less expensive than real wood.  SHOP WALLPAPER HERE

Grass cloth is such a beautiful choice when it comes to wallpaper.  You can get it in any color and it adds great texture.  SHOP WALLPAPER HERE

UNIQUE WALLPAPER IDEAS

I love this idea of using wallpaper on the stair treads.  It adds so much character.

If you just want to add a small pop of pattern, lining the backs of cabinets is also a great idea.  Here they used fabric and that is a great option for wallpaper.
