This year we wanted to get our cards mailed out early because we will be in our new home for Christmas and I wanted our friends and family to have our new address. Our card theme will be Merry Christmas/We’ve moved. We always take our photos in the fall and this year was tricky because I wanted to take them at our new home. I wanted to wait as long as possible so the house was further along, but with enough time to order and get our cards early.
We always order our cards through Minted. They have a wonderful selection, are customizable, have wonderful customer service AND THEY ADDRESS YOUR ENVELOPES! That last part is huge for me! I hate addressing envelopes! The website is super user friendly because you can go through and save your favorite designs, then upload your photo and see it on every design at once. This really helps me narrow down my selection.

One thing I love about ordering through Minted is you can customize your cards. This ribbon back wasn’t an option on the original design in the size I needed, but I requested a design change on Minted.com and they were able to change it for me. I LOVE IT!
Our friend Amy takes our family photos every year and she does such a great job. I am so grateful to have all of these to remember throughout the years! It was really special to do them at the new house this year. We took them on the lot 4 years ago when we first bought it so it is fun to see how far we have come.
We are so excited to be in our new home just in time for the holidays!
