She is the friend that shows up always looking so adorable in the latest jewelry, shoes, clothes, etc! If I need fashion help….Barrett is my girl! I am both thrilled and flattered to get to share some of my favorite things with all of you! I’m just a native Texan with a shopping problem, that’s a hobby, right? I especially have a soft spot for jewelry… what can I say? I would describe my style as classic, with a splash of trendy. I love good staple pieces (clothes, jewelry and shoes) and I don’t mind investing in those classic pieces. I also enjoy the less expensive trendy pieces that are fun to wear for a season or two. My husband prefers the latter! 😉 I wear a lot of “Athleisure” clothes as many of us Moms do, so you will see me feature some of my favorites in the near future! Fun Chambray Dress…
This chambray button-down dress is super soft and I am obsessed with the frayed hem on the bottom and on the end of the sleeves! For size reference, this is a small so I would suggest sizing down one size. Boots here and they are on SALE right now. Long necklace sold out, similar here.

Sarah also makes this amazing black labradorite bracelet with the quatrefoil charm. I had to have it to wear with my Apple Watch! I will elaborate later about my favorite Apple watch band, but it looks super cute with Sarah’s bracelet!
This gold pave X ring is one of my favorite affordable pieces (it’s only $32!), it adds a little pizzaz!
More Frayed Denim and Colored Jeans …
This is the best denim shirt I have found to date! It is so soft and thick and another fabulous frayed hem! The back detail is so cute too! I am wearing a medium and I would say it runs true to size. Jeans here, the detail on the textured pattern is a fun touch and they come in black and many other colors too!
Velvet, Pockets, Pink and Comfy? Yes please!
If you are looking for the MOST COMFORTABLE Dress ever, then this velvet shirtdress is for you! It comes in three beautiful colors, but I had to pick pink (I told you it’s my favorite color). 😉 It runs a little big, I sized down to a small and it’s still on the loose side. Oh, it also has POCKETS! One of my very favorite things that a dress can have! It would look great with a fun scarf too.
I also got this black beaded choker from Sarah Erickson Jewelry and it is so cute! Chokers are all the rage right now and this one is unique! Love it so much!
Burgundy Cords and Lace…
Burgundy is the color of the season and these amazing cords are the softest and most comfortable pants! They really are a must have! The rise is fairly high so I don’t have to keep pulling them up! Lace shirt here. I threw a tan camisole under it, but it would look great with a black cami too. Toms black booties sold out, similar here.
This season’s layering pieces, bombers and scarves!
I have been on the hunt for a fabulous bomber jacket and I think this one surpasses my expectations! It is thick and very comfortable! It has so many cute details too! I am wearing a large, but the medium was fine too. I preferred it a little more baggy. Love it with a simple black T-shirt and Sarah’s black choker!
Another easy fall layering piece is a comfy and cozy poncho! This one is sold out but I love this one too! See how cute those cords look with flats? These are my favorite Tory Burch flats because they don’t dig into my heels! I have both colors.. how is a girl supposed to pick just one? That’s like asking me to pick my favorite son!
