Summer is officially over here in Texas. Avery’s school started back yesterday. I cannot believe she is in First Grade?! Every year at the start of a new school year I like to do a questionnaire. There are tons of printables online to choose from, but I loved bits and pieces from several so I decided to make my own. This one has lots of questions and I thought yall might enjoy it too! I absolutely love seeing Avery’s answers when we do these and cannot wait to start doing them with Braden soon. I know these will be keepsakes they will love having when they are older. I typically do a questionnaire at the start school each year and for mother’s/fathers day. Those are more specific to what they enjoy doing or know about Mom/Dad. This year she said I was 45 and weighed 55 pounds on the Mother’s Day questionnaire:). So funny what they think! Anyway, I thought I would share the one I made with all of you in case you wanted it for your family!
