Back to School Shopping at Walmart

I cannot believe school starts next week.  You know the saying “the days are long, but the years are short”. . .that is how I have felt about this crazy period of time.  While I feel like it has been forever since my kids have been in school (because it has), the summer also felt like it flew by?!  Anyone else?  Anyway, next week my kiddos start school!  It will be virtual for the first few weeks (and then will be evaluated), but we are busy preparing over here.  I shared a couple of weeks ago that we went back to school shopping at Walmart and yall, my kids loved everything so much we went back for more.  They literally have been wearing the clothes we got there every day.  Walmart keeps releasing new items so we went shopping the other day and found even more things we love!  This Mama is all about it.  Cute styles, great prices. . .yes please!

Here are the cute new outfits we found.  Almost all of them are UNDER $40 and that includes shoes!!  Such a deal.  Not only do I love the style and the prices Walmart offers, but the ability to shop online and in stores works very well for me.  If we order online and it doesn’t work I can do a quick exchange at the store when I am picking up groceries, etc.  Super convenient and I love that they offer FREE 2 day shipping on most items over $35!  Which outfits are your favorite?

OUTFIT 1

BRADEN’S OUTFIT is around $36 (including shoes).

• SHIRT: I love this polo shirt.  We bought it in the store for less than $7
• PANTS: These jogger pants are cute and comfortable.  They have a working drawstring at the waist so you can get the fit you need.  $11.84
• ATHLETIC SHOES:. . .yall. . .he is OBSESSED!  He can slip them on himself which I love!   ONLY $16.87
• BACKPACK: He picked out this black backpack and it is ONLY $10.   Lots of storage and padded straps.

AVERY’S OUTFIT is around $25 (including shoes)

• DRESS: She loves these types of dresses.  They are soft and easy.  Come in lots of cute prints.  You can buy them individually in the store or in a dual pack online.  LESS THAN $7 in store
• SHOES: These shoes are so cute that I want them in my size.  Perfect for fall.  They have cute quilted details on the side and zip open so they are easy to put on.  ONLY $16.87
• BACKPACK: There were so many cute backpack options she had trouble deciding, but ultimately picked out this cute Aztec print.  ONLY $13

OUTFIT 2

BRADEN’S OUTFIT is around $33 (including shoes).

• SHIRT: I love this polo shirt.  We bought it in the store for less than $7.  I searched all over, but could not find this polo shirt or the one above online?
• SHORTS: Great pair of navy shorts.  Have an adjustable waist band for easy fit.  You can buy individually in store or in a 2 pack online. $16.94 (for 2 online)
• ATHLETIC SHOES: Same as above. . .he will be wearing these in all the photos.  ONLY $16.87
• BACKPACK: Same as above ONLY $10

• DRESS: She loves these types of dresses.  They are soft and easy.  This is a short sleeve option (the long sleeve option is shown in the outfit above).  Come in lots of cute prints.  You can buy them individually in the store or in a dual pack online.  LESS THAN $5 in store
• JACKET: Great denim jacket.  Comes in a few washes.  Stretch denim for a comfortable fit.  $18.98

OUTFIT 3

BRADEN’S OUTFIT is around $35 (including shoes).

• SHIRT: These are Braden’s favorite.  He loves the feel.  He has tons in his closet because he always wants to wear them.  This top has a hood and thumb holes which he thinks are the coolest.  It came in a 2 pack with a cute blue camo short sleeve top as well.  They can be layered or worn separately.  $15.50 for both.
• JEANS: I love these jeans because they are slim fit with an adjustable waist and fit him great.  We have trouble finding jeans that fit because he has long legs, but is slim with a tiny waist.  He loves them because they are comfortable.  $9.92

• SWEATER:  How adorable is this sweater.  There were so many cute options we bought 2.  You can see the other style below!  Soft, amazing details and ONLY $12.44  The sequin details is adorable and looks so much more expensive than it is!
• JEANS: These jeans are super stretch and feel more like leggings.  Avery is particular about her jeans and says these are very comfortable.  Come in several washes and ONLY $12.94
