Yall, this is hands down the best corn dip recipe!  Every time I bring it to a party it is a huge crowd favorite.  It is easy to make and so delicious!  It is a must have in your recipe book!   I am also sharing a must have shopping membership. . . it has seriously been a game changer for our family!

A few years ago I was at a party and tried this corn dip and immediately fell in love.  I pretty much spent the entire night in the kitchen eating that dip.  I found out my friend Casey made it and she so kindly shared the recipe with me. It is one of her family recipes and cool back story . . . it was shared in their church cook book that has since become famous.  It is the same cookbook that originally shared the now crazy popular Mississippi Roast (the crockpot one with ranch dressing)!  You see that recipe everywhere and it all started from this little church cook book.  Pretty sure I need to get an invitation to one of this church’s get togethers stat!  The food would be amazing! 😉

Anyway, when we go over to a friends house I always want to bring something.  An appetizer, dessert, etc.  This corn dip has become my go-to recipe.  It makes a large portion and is a crowd favorite.  Last week we were invited over to a friends house last minute and I did not have time to go to the store.  I had an action packed day already.  No worries, Walmart + to the rescue. 

I have already shared before how Walmart + has been a game changer for our family.  We order our groceries from there weekly and it has saved us so much time and money!  I quickly hopped on to Walmart.com, ordered all the things I needed for the corn dip, went back to my plans for the day, and everything I needed showed up on my doorstep!  How amazing is that!!!  I was able to get all my work done, make my recipe and head over to our friends house that evening.  THANK YOU WALMART+!

THE BEST CORN DIP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cans Mexican corn drained
• 1 small jar pimentos drained and chopped
• 1 bunch green onions chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 TBS Accent
• 1 TBS Garlic Powder
• 1 12 oz package of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup of chopped jalapeno peppers (I sometimes add a little juice from the jar for extra spice)

 

DIRECTIONS:

• Mix together.  Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Serve warm with chips (however it is also very good when it has cooled down)

I am telling you, next party you host or attending you need to bring this recipe and you need this dish!!  Takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and everyone will be talking about it.  I also like making it a day ahead and leaving in the fridge overnight.  Then I just throw it in the oven for 15 minutes before I head out the door.
