Life Hack & Travel Tip: Make your Life Easier!

Hi friends!  Hope you are enjoying your summer!  I cannot believe it is already the end of July!!  Yall know I love to share things I find that I love, make my life easier, etc and hope they will do the same for you and your family as well.  Today I am sharing a life hack that has seriously saved me so much time & money and how I use it when I travel.

I have shared my love of Walmart+ before.  There are so many benefits to it, but my favorite and the one I use all the time is the free unlimited delivery from my store benefit.  Life is busy, having fresh quality groceries delivered to my front door saves me so much time and energy.  Sometimes I feel like a chicken with my head cut off.  There are so many activities, appointments, etc and being able to hop online, order what I need and have it delivered as soon as same day takes 1 huge chore off my list.  I am kind of a produce snob, but they do an amazing job at picking out the best items so everything is fresh.  Groceries are picked up at your local store right before delivery to ensure ultimate freshness.  I have had zero issues!  There is free unlimited delivery from your store ($35 minimum order, restrictions apply) so if I run out of something mid week, or have people coming over that I didn’t plan for, I can just hop online and place another order.

While Summer is busy, the school year is insane!  Do yourself a favor and give Walmart+ a try.  I think you will be blown away with how this membership makes your life easier.

TRAVEL TIP

Another way I love to use Walmart+ is when I travel.  Vacation is a blast, but coming home is a ton of work.  There are approximately 475 loads of laundry to do, unpacking, catching up on work, etc and typically you have zero food in the house.  The last thing you want to do is get back from the airport, road trip, etc and have to run to the grocery store.  I use Walmart+ and place my grocery order at the airport so that when I arrive home that evening my groceries are waiting for me.  THIS IS HUGE!!!  We have food to eat right away and I don’t have to think about groceries when I have a million other things to take care of.  This has helped our family so much.

We just went to Carlton Landing for 10 days and I shared how I use Walmart+ to help me before I go on vacation, but coming home it was an even bigger help.  We cleaned out our fridge before we left and literally had nothing in there.  As soon as we hit the road to drive home I hopped on my Walmart app and placed our grocery order.  I was able to schedule the time I needed it to arrive and as soon as we got home our groceries were delivered.  MAGIC!!!  I ordered some easy things for dinner that night and had everything we needed for the week.  Such an unbelievable relief!

Here I am living my best life ordering groceries from the car with my Walmart+ membership in the Walmart app.  Now. . . if only I could figure out a way to have all our laundry magically done and our car unpacked when we arrive home!
