NEW HOUSE: Carriage Garage & Breezeway Inspiration

We have been busy over here working on the designs for our new home.  I am so excited I can hardly stand it.  It has been a LONG process getting everything ready due to land restrictions, design approvals, etc.  Our builder Joe with Joseph Paul Homes has been incredible.  His design aesthetic is right inline with what I am going for.  My inspiration has always been a Southern Living style cottage.  It has been so fun collaborating with him to come up with the perfect design for our dream home.  We decided to do a carriage garage with a glass enclosed breezeway.  I love the way those look!  I have been searching Pinterest non stop for inspiration and here are some homes that I love.  Ours will be different than these and I cannot wait to show you in the future. . .stay tuned!

CARRIAGE GARAGE & BREEZEWAY INSPIRATION

I fell in love with this house below from Murphy & Co.  I think it is so charming and I love all the details.  Our home will be similar.  White siding, white brick, circle drive, glass breezeway and carriage garage.  Our home will definitely look different than this, but have the same overall charm.

So much incredible inspiration right?!  Now, the hard part is deciding exactly what I want mine to look like.  So excited to get started on ours and take yall along on the journey as we build our dream home!
