It looks like we may finally have some movement over here in the home department!  We have been on hold for a while, but looks like some things may start happening soon.  As soon as we get confirmation I will be sharing the details with yall!  Fingers crossed!  In the meantime I have been busy planning and decorating our new home in my mind.  I have shared that it will be cottage style and I want it to be timeless!  I want it to look like it could have been build 100 years ago (with modern conveniences of course).  I love weathered wood, vintage finds and modern substantial statement pieces. . .”Vintage Chic”.  I believe decorating (and most things) are about a balance.  One of a kind must have investment pieces and budget friendly items that look expensive are the perfect combo!  Today I am sharing lots of budget friendly Vintage Chic home decor finds!

Walmart is one of my go-to’s for great decor at amazing prices.  They have a very helpful section on their website that allows you to “shop by style” and one of the styles they feature is actually called “vintage chic“.  How awesome is that!  It helped me narrow down from their HUGE selection of furniture and home decor.  Walmart has an incredible selection online and most of it ships for FREE when you spend $35.  Another great thing about shopping at Walmart is if for some reason something doesn’t work out you can return it to the store.  It is so inconvenient ordering large things online when you have to figure out a way to ship them back if they don’t work out. . .at Walmart you don’t have to worry about that.  Here are my finds!

VINTAGE CHIC HOME DECOR

 

  1. SETTEE: Beautiful french country settee with 2 pillows.  Comes in a few color options.  Would be so cute in a living room, an entry way, the end of a bed, etc.
  2. BEADED CHANDELIER: Beautiful 18″ 3 light beaded chandelier for an amazing price.
  3. ACCENT CHAIR: Beautiful french inspired chair for an amazing price.  Great reviews.
  4. SET OF 2 CHAIRS: These gorgeous chairs are some of my favorites!  Come in a set of 2 with 5 star reviews.  I have very similar ones in my breakfast nook
  5. THROW PILLOW: How pretty is this textured 20″ throw pillow.  Comes in several different color options.  Love the chevron pattern and knotted details.  Great on a bed or sofa!
  6. WALL SCONCE: Love this brass and matte black wall sconce.  Adds tons of style and less than $50!!
  7. THROW BLANKET: Tufted chenille throw blanket.  Comes in 3 color options.  50″x 60″
  8. VELVET THROW PILLOW: 18″ velvet throw pillow.  Comes in several colors.  Add a pop of color to any room for a great price.
  9. DINNER PLATES: Set of 4 scalloped linen color dishes.  Great classic set for an amazing price.
  10. STORAGE SHELF: Reclaimed wood storage shelf.  Also has a towel bar.  Great for extra storage in a bathroom!
  11. COFFEE TABLE: Antique white coffee table.  This is a great look for less piece!  55″ L, 31.75″ wide
  12. WHITE FRUIT BOWLS: How cute are these white porcelain fruit bowls with rose gold metallic trim?  You could use these for so many things.  Food, storage, stack them up in a cabinet, add a candle or plant, etc.  I love white dishes and this pop of metallic is perfect!  Only $6 for a set of 4.  Also available in silver.
  13. RUFFLE BED SET: This cute ruffle bedspread also comes with 2 ruffle shams.  Comes in several colors.  Amazing reviews and you cannot beat the price!
  14. NIGHTSTAND: This is a best seller and comes in multiple colors.  Great nightstand for less than $70.
  15. METAL BED: This metal vintage inspired bed looks beautiful in white.  It is on major sale and I love it.  Braden has a similar bed in his room in dark bronze.  This white option is perfect for a cottage style home.
