Only 2 months until Christmas….I am so excited! I just love the holidays! There are so many fun family events this time of year and so many traditions. One of the traditions I love is sending and receiving family Christmas cards! I get so excited to go to the mail each day in December and see my friends and their beautiful families on cards. I love designing our cards each year and this year was the most fun yet!
Every Fall we take family pictures and our amazing photographer somehow captured great pictures of our family with a wild 2 year old boy who was NOT feeling it this year! HAHA. Once we get the photos back I immediately start looking through designs for our Christmas Cards. You have heard me talk about Mixbook before, I love their company and use them for many of my photo needs (amazing photo books), but had never used them for my Christmas cards. Well, I was missing out because I had so much fun playing with their incredible designs and customizing them to exactly what I wanted.
I cannot say enough great things about Mixbook and all of their products I personally buy. The designs are amazing, I love that you can customize everything, its very user friendly and if you don’t like customizing you can go with their beautiful pre-designed templates, the quality is incredible, amazing customer service and you cannot beat the price! Win-win-win-win! The only problem with Mixbook….there are so many amazing designs I had so much trouble deciding on “the one”. I even considered ordering 2 styles and sending out half and half! This is a good problem to have!
As you are scrolling through the many designs you can click a heart button next to the card title and that will save that design in your favorites section. Then you can go back in the end and look through your favorites. This helps a lot! I narrowed it down to 7 favorites and here they are!
With each design you start with a template, but you can move things around, change the font, change the number of pictures, etc. I tweaked some of the designs a little so below I am showing you the front and back of each of my cards with the design name so if you like one you can customize it for your family needs!

You can also customize by choosing rounded corners and paper thickness. I love rounded corners and went with the premium matte finish. It is really nice quality, thick paper. If you look above I did the Rustic Monogram with square corners and signature matte paper so I could compare the two.. While it was still thick I definitely prefer the premium finish.
While I love all the cards the 2 below are the final contenders! Now, I just have to make a final decision!
