I hope you all enjoyed Part 1 of the McKinney Holiday Home Tour yesterday and checked out that adorable little white cottage with beautiful courtyard. Today for Part 2 of the McKinney Holiday Home Tour I am sharing a new build that used lots of vintage items to add character. Welcome to the 2 story farmhouse with cute mother-in-law addition!
I love the double doors with 2 wreaths!
This home is very open concept. You walk into the living room/kitchen area. I love how the TV is hidden above the fireplace.
The antique windows they used throughout the home were stunning! See them flanking both sides of the fireplace!
Here is a close up of the window.
The kitchen island was HUGE! I loved the marble, subway tile and butcher block top! Farmhouse perfection!
Here is a view from the kitchen looking back at the entry.
The pantry off the kitchen had beautiful brick floors. The same brick is on the fireplace surround.
I am obsessed with the stair newel posts! They are vintage and have so much chippy character. I love incorporating old and new.
The master bedroom has a beautiful shiplap wall…
and it continued through the master bath.
This cute covered porch area leads to a mother-in-law addition. Notice the beautiful brick again.
This is the kitchen in the Mother-in-law addition. It had a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
I loved this door leading to one of the bedrooms.
Another beautiful window in the bathroom.
That is one lucky Mother-in-law! Thanks for coming on part 2 of the McKinney Holiday Home Tour! Tomorrow is the final day…part 3 and it is my favorite! Yall have to see this home! It is vintage French Country perfection! Be sure to stop by and check it out!
